Hi, I'am facing this issue right now with a Basic KTP 700 panel.

I 've applied an always false bit before my reset of the ack bit, a did a lot of consecutive tests, sometimes the hmi gives the alarm as state A (acknowledge) on the alarm window, but didn't trigger the bit on the PLC.

The OS on the device is 15.0.0.0

Do you now if there a bug that is recognized and has been overcome by a new version of OS?

The alarm class and grouping is going to be important to get closer to an answer. If this answer does not reach you too late, consider placing a sample project as ZIP file. Test that this sample does have the problems you see and tell us how to reproduce this issue.
