G33 lost reference point axe "Z" 840Di

GAG89 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello I use 840Di, ADI modul to Spindel (440 Master drive DC with encoder 1024 pul/rev), and Simodrive 611U to axes. encoder 2048 pul/rev). I am have problem with code G33, In the moment ejecut g33 z-4.5 k-0.083 an finish, no there is problem and ejecut G1 X1.32 in this moment lost reference point axe "Z" the next mevement not is correct thank

The problem was the difference within the values of subindexes of Drive_Ax_Radio Numerator and Denominator, e.g. all subindexes need to have the same value (within subindexes) The answer, from argentina was: put the same values in the subindexes in the axes data (3xxxx). After that I concluded that only those values are necesary consider, but if you don't have the expected solution, test with the others values. The problem when call G33 is that the NC look for the index 2. test change only the first and second to be equal. Note: I refer to subindexes: DRIVE_AX_RADIO_NUMERATOR [1] DRIVE_AX_RADIO_NUMERATOR [2] .... luck with this! Sorry for the english!

As ALITO wrote before, if you have several gear steps for the spindel, you must put the gear ratio for all the indexes used for spindel for all the axes involved in the interpolatory mouvement, even if you haveone gear ratio for axes. For example: -You have DRIVE_AX_RATIO_NUMERATOR [1]=4 DRIVE_AX_RATIO_DENOMINATOR [1]=10 ............. DRIVE_AX_RATIO_NUMERATOR [3]=5 DRIVE_AX_RATIO_DENOMINATOR [3]=20 for the spindel -You must put DRIVE_AX_RATIO_NUMERATOR [1]=1 DRIVE_AX_RATIO_DENOMINATOR [1]=2 DRIVE_AX_RATIO_NUMERATOR [2]=1 DRIVE_AX_RATIO_DENOMINATOR [2]=2 DRIVE_AX_RATIO_NUMERATOR [3]=1 DRIVE_AX_RATIO_DENOMINATOR [3]=2 (even if you have only one gear ratio) and so onfor all axes that are involved in the interpolatory mouvement.
