Which TIA Portal Version do you use eactly?

If you just want to call a Script every 10 min -> use scheduled tasks-> check in the Script if the Triggertag is 0 then execute your code.

you can only make it like this with HMI functionalities:

- Create a Sheduled Task which runs everys 10 minutes.

- call your Script here

- Check in the Script at the beginning if your Triggertag is 1 then execute your script, if its 0 then do nothing

- another way would be to make the trigger 100% in the PLC. So every time you do a valuechange of your Triggertag in the PLC (here you can easily use timer or similar) the Script will be launched -> in the Script check if the Tag is 1 or 0 and do the code or do nothing

--> If you use a Triggertrag be sure you set the aquisition mode to cyclic continous
