In WinCC V7.x there was the following way: How do you represent flowing water in WinCC? But I don't know if it is valid for WinCC TIA Portal.

With a cycle tag from the PLC where you count through your numbers of the graphic list you can use graphic IO fields to show on the Screen,. Its not htat nice but I think the only way how to display a kid of animation Bye Murof
