Failure when downloading TIA Wincc Project to external medium after upgrade

I have a project developed in TIA WinCC V13 to run alongside TP1500 Comfort 6AV2-124-0QC02-OAXO. My TP1500 Comfort 6AV2-124-0QC02-OAXO is out of work and I have a TP1500 Comfort 6AV2-124-0QC02-OAX1 as spare. Unfortunately, TP 1500 Comfort 6AV2-124-0QC02-OAX1 does not support projects programmed in TIA WinCC V13 . To solve this issue and use the available spare, I must upgrade the project to other TIA Wincc version (V14, V15, V16, V17). I successfully performed the upgrade to TIA Wincc V15.1. When transferring the upgraded project to a store medium (USB), following Siemens FAQ ID:109740696 ( How with the TIA Portal do you transfer your project to your operator panel via a storage medium (USB stick, for example)?), TIA asks me to install missing panel images. If you are using TIA Portal V15.1 the panel images are installed automatically during the TIA Portal installation so you don't have to install them afterwards. However, if you are using TIA Portal v16 o v17, the panel images are no longer installed automatically and you have to do it manually using the installation file known as "DVD3 WinCC Panel Images" https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109784440

Also the Panel Imaes should be installed in the latest versions. Check the Imae Version that you have set in the TIA Portal Project in the HMI? You have to migate the Projekt to 15.1 and then you have too change the Panel to the V2 Version. then use the latesst available Imae version. then everything should be installed. If you only have updated the project to 15.1 without changed the panel device to the v2 panel then your v1 pane with the old Image Version is still in the Project and this could also be the reason A few Screenshots should show us what ss going on Bye Murof
