I am using TIA Portal v17 for CPU 1512SP F-1 PN with HMI KTP700 Basic PN.

I am facing an error of memory card full while downloading my PLC program. Please note that PLC memory card is not full, request you to refer attached screenshot. Also, If I compile complete program (Software- Rebuild All) & then I can download the program without any errors. I could not understand the reason.

Also, due to compiling the complete program, the Safety signature is changed & I need to stop the PLC. I have done the Safety Buyoff but due to this issue, I need to do it again & again, which is hectic.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.
