We are testing the WinCC SysDiag Active X control on Wincc 7.5 with S7-1500 CPUs. The diagnostic looks good and quite details, especially after importing the AS messages to WinCC.

But there is one issue, when I generate fault, for example I pull the module from remote station out. The error in the SysDiag shows up after several minutes. When I put the module back, the error is still staying there. The refreshing of that diagnostic is quite random and unknown. 

Can anyone share experience with that block. How to force the update? how to be sure that we are looking at the actual situation.

thanks for the answer. We have WinCC 7.5 SP2 Upd5 and PLC 1518F with 2.94 firmware
