can't tell about V13 Sp1. In V13 it doesn't work at leas for Basic Panels.

In V15 (Comfort Panel) select the IO-field, go to property "Text format" and easily change the "Orientation".

In TIA Portal V13 Sp1 you can also set the Property "orrientation" of the I/O Field to vertical right or vertical left.

Its just a property.

Edit: Oh I forgot:

Basic PAnels -> No Way

Comfort Panel/Advanced RT -> OK it works

Its From the I/O Field,  Property->Text Format->Orrientation
