luciano.fab Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Hello everyone, i'm struggling in issue wth VoT. I'm working with TIA V17 update 4 that have resolved the problem relative the FAQ 109805463. I'm working on a multi PLC project with 8 identical 1515-2PN FW 2.9.4. With 7 of the 8 PLC I don't have problem, but the last is showing a blank page after the login. I've tried to do the following: -Delete and Reload the web application; -Delete web application and download one with just one page; -Restarted the PLC different times; -Delete Browser cache and data; -Used another device to access; Only after I've found that when loading the Login page the web applciation give some errors in webscreenitems.basic.min.js. luciano.fab Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Little update: if I reset the CPu and Format the MMC the problem fix, but at first update of the web application the problem come back. luciano.fab Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Yes, I tried with update 5 and the problem still remain, in fact after redownload all the VoT applications on all 8 PLCs now the problem is on all PLCs. Unfortunally the PLC reset workaround is not working anymore. How I can invole Siemens support for better investigation? BR, Luciano.

Attached the corrupted files from the PLC webserver and the same files from PLCSIM Advanced running same project (only recompiled). It's probable that I need a new update of TIA portal to fix this. I'm also getting the blank page even though I've covered the issues pointed out at FAQ ID 109805463. luciano.fab Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Hi Pedro, currently I have had to abandon development on VoT. Fortunately, in my application I had to display very few signals and consequently a simple HTML page with some AWP commands was sufficient. I suggest test with chrome DevTools: start by disabling the cache on the network tab, reload the page and check that no errors appear in the console tab. BR, LF
