Dear experts.

In next month, we will deploy WINCC unified for my client and I'm quite worried about its  Web runtime client. 

I created Demo project WinCC unified V17. The Web Runtime Server operated on Window system OK. After then I run WinCC unifed on web client ( other window, IOS, Android) at the same LAN network with 2 case

1. Without creating Certificate Authority

- On the server device ( Window) , the web operated Ok

- On the Window client devices, the web operated Ok

- On the IOS & Android devices, The web can go to home page, After I click on " WinCC Unified RT" Option, The web switched to green emty page

2. With creating Certificate Authority

- On the server device ( Window) , the web operated Ok

- On the Window client devices, I installed Certificate file successfully and the Web operate Ok.

- On the IOS & Android devices, I couln't install Certificate because it's not compatible.
=> Please tell me know where are my Problems. All of the case I used IP address of server Device

Did you end up in a certificate warning page? Or do you get a blank page with a SWAC Login error? Then you should check your identity provider.

Which certificate did you try to install on your mobile devices? You do not need to install the webserver certificate! You need the certificate of the Certificate Authority installed. The landing page of Unified should provide this then, if reachable.

Maybe, I didn't understand completely your explaintation.
Let me show you by photo of result when I open WINCC by my android. . I use Edge microsoft app.
1. Without certificate authority Mode

- I went to this home page

- After I click on " WinCC Unified RT" Option. The result was as follow

- I went to this home page

- Then I click on Certificate Autority option and install. The results was:

May i ask, why you use two different IP-Adresses? Are those two different Unified Servers? Or did you cange the identity provider inbetween?

I don't know you phone, so i can't tell you, how to correctly install the certificate there. On my rather old android phone i was able to install the Downloaded ca.crt file. Nevertheless: since you can access the page, it should not be a certificate problem. The certificate is only used for a secured connection. (The small lock next to the url)

1. I have 2 android phone. I tried to đo with both of them. The results is the same at 2 android phone. Beside that, If wincc Unified could run on androis or IOS platform, any android and IOS model could login OK.

2. My winCC server computer, android phone is at the same wifi LAN network. Those results I test at different times. The IP of server is DHCP, so that is why differrent IP.

Do you have any video or document which guide login WinnCC unifield by android and IOS phone

i think that DHCP might be the problem here.

Have a look at this:

Relevant part is: Procedure if DNS server is missing

DHCP leads to a dynamic ip-address. In Unified though it needs to be defined, how to address it. If you address via IP, the IP has to always be the same. You need to specify that ip in the Unified Configuration.

As a result, when using DHCP, a DNS should be used aswell, so you can address it via name.

We would need to see all settings. Getting in contact with the technical support from Siemens might be the best step to fix this for you
