Hi Kamil123456, First of all welcome to the Siemens forum! I have been doing some research on the screen and the problem you are having. I found the following post on how to reset this model of screen. I would recommend you check it out to make sure of the cable. "How to reset MP277 touch to factory settings?" Anyway, if you don't manage to perform a factory reset to see if this fixes the problem, you will most likely have to send the panel in for repairs. Best regards! |

Hello Kamil123456 you can only try do do a Reset to factory settings. The way of ding this is described here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/de/view/19701610 you will need a PPI Multimaster cable (USB or RS232). there is a list in the FAQ Bye Murof |
