I'm not sure that it is a Siplus planel as Siplus devices's MFLB should be something like 6AG1*. To my knowledge, Siemens does also made costumized HMI panles for some costumers, so it seems that is your case.

So, in order to insert that panel in your TIA Portal HW catalog you should ask GEA for the file to import.

 Yes, like being a normal ktp400 comfort from the siemens catalogue

I cannot do anything, like OS Update or even Download project via PN and USB -.-

Tia founded it but when i trying do Load or do anything to establish connection to HMI it show's Error - Cannot connect to HMI

try connecting it to the pc directed to the network card and doing a Factory Reset by selecting KTP400 comfort with the SIMATIC ProSave program
