KTP700 Basic backup

PauloAz Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I'm trying to back up a KTP700 Basic HMI. It has the old firmware, so only the profinet option appears. I'm using prosave V17. When the backup is complete, the HMI displays the message "Backup operation successful", but the prosave displays the message 'The backqup could not be created!" How to resolve this situation?
