S120 Drive: SLM all fuse blown out.

MH , LT, CT fuse also blow out. 3rd time in a week problem repeated. Any possible root cause or solutions. please reply. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from IGBT failures in Sinamics S120.

Is any abnormal load handled by MH? Is DBR installed on MH of correct rating? Do you faced MH load falling down fault before SLM failure? Please check above points.
