Hello,

I am having some issues trying to open my project on the OS.  It was running previously but after some updates I have had to re-download.  The project closes, copies but doesn't open.  I have tried to open it from WinCC and I get the attached pop up.

I have checked SQL server and that is running.

I am using WinCC Runtime V7.4 SP1 Upd 13

What have you updated? Windows or software? In any case, from which version to which version?

Also, did you install WinCC when the PC was in domain? If this is the case, please note that the recommended thing is to install the software outside the domain and then, if you want, add the PC to the domain.

Also, I recommend:

- deactivate firewall and virus scanner

- execute the security controller tool

- check if user is in group SIMATIC HMI

I haven't updated windows.  All I have done was add some code and then rearrange a screen for the SCADA.  This has been running quite happily for months now and it's only today that I have downloaded the OS and it doesn't seem to work anymore.

I have checked the user groups and it is all ok.

Firewall is off.
