we have a project that programmed wiht step7 and we have two comfort 1200 that programe with tia. 

The connection between the tia and step7 is with db

i want create pc station in step7 and use this DB's in wincc

i must to use some instance DB's in hmi but when i add S7_m_c in  artibute instance DB's and compile the os, this DB's in not in to  step7 symbols wincc

How to use these data blocks in wincc?

The topic of my question is not about Tia and wincc

My question is, how to use instabce data blocks in WinCC in Simatic Manager?

 It doesn't matter if it's a DB or a IDB, you use them the same way, create a tag and that's it.

Linking a Comfort panel to a Step7 project and making the DB's and IDB's available for the HMi, you need to create a Device Proxy to the HMI project and initialize it with the Step7 project. Then you have all the DB's available in the HMI project.

now my problem is not about TIA or comfort 1200

we want create operation system in simatic manager and in os we have wincc app that we design HMIs page

some of tag that we need to use them in HMI , there is in function block then we most access to instance DB in wincc

we add S7_m_c artibute in fb and db then complie os but when in wincc we want use them ,There is nothing!!!!!!
