Good afternoon, Our equipment is having a similar problem, but the the code shown is 8 instead of 6. We changed the battery already and attempted the clear NC & PLC steps, but it doesn't do anything. We press the reset button and it only gets to turn off the PR,PS,PF, PFO and DP Leds, but the number 8 remains unchanged in the NCU. We would greatly appreciate any assistance about this issue.
