Hi! I have a Wincc7.4 SP1 Project and I have other PC with IGS OPC Server active. When I created the connection, I can reach the server and view the tags

but when I create the tags, the Value is always 0 and the Quality Code is "0x08-Bad-not connected"

I can also see the variable on OPCScout

but I don't understand why I get always the "0x08" error on WinccTags

do you use OPC UA or OPC DA (DCOM-based)?

Create an IO field and connect to one of the opc tags -> what can you see-> try to set this value with IO field from WinCC, does something change?

I'm using OPC DA (DCOM-based), and I already checked all the DCOM configurations (Security ecc)

I can't try this IO field cause this tag is only for read...
