I check log file and it contains some information . ekarinca Advanced Member Joined: 10/7/2010 Last visit: 10/7/2025 Posts: 6 Rating: (3)	If you already check your user settings and they are correct check the Language for non-Unicode programs settings in Windows control panel if it's not English try with "English (United States)" install WinCC and again with clean windows installation Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region -> Region and Language -> Administrative -> Language for non-Unicode programs Regards
