Dear all

I have a PCS7-project (V9.0 SP3) with redundant CPU of type 410. I have some Sinamics S120 and some ET200SP HA stations connected to the same Profinet interface of CPU. In ET200SP HA station I have failsafe cards like F-DI and F-DQ. Also in communication to Sinamics I use Safety-Telegram (30).

The problem is: Whenever I download hardware configuration in run the channel driver F_CH_BO and and F_CH_BI, wich are used for the Safety-Telgram to the Sinamics, deliver QBAD. This occurs in the moment the switchover happens. I don't have this problems with F_CH_DI and F_CH_DO blocks, wich are used for the F-cards of ET200SP HA station.

Does anybody knows what to do to avoid QBAD during download of hardware configuration?

Hello Techno_Taru and maybe other future readers facing the same issue

The solution was to increase 'WD_Time' of the Safety Telegram of the Sinamics drive in HW config.

In case sombody needs that: Be aware that changing that parameter requires download of hardware configuration in stop mode, even with H-CPU. Also CFC needs to be compiled with 'generate module drivers' (changes is enough).
