RT License Problem

yechu Posts: 29 Rating: (1)	Hi guys, I done one project for our customer last year. I am use Wincc V6.0 RT256. Last Year, I License corrupted error occur, then i bought a new license and given to the customer. Now, 3rd time, I am facing thesame problem in same Project. What is the solution for these type of problems? Pls reply me. By, Yechu

daga Gold Member Joined: 3/18/2009 Last visit: 12/9/2025 Posts: 306 Rating: (95)	Hello yechu, If your license is corrupted, then you can contact Siemens Technical support in your country or on the numbers provided on the "yellow floppy disk" Generally, they will ask you the reason for license corruption, serial numbers etc. and will replace the floppy disk with a new license. It is pretty fast. You do not have to buy a new license. regards.
