I heard an expert from German doing a registry modification to allow download changes only to PLC, is there anyone know how to do that?

An error occurs when I try to compile while the DB open.So it only allows entire compilation.This is a huge waste of time for me in the project I am currently working on.It would be great if there is a possibility to solve this problem with registry modification.Did you have any information about this subject?
