JohnNeoDyne Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hi, I installed Simatic WinCC v7.5 SP2 on my PC with no issues. I then uploaded a license to License Manager. When I try to create a new project in WinCC Explorer, I get an error message: "A basic application could not be started. Please check your software licenses." Could someone please help me with this? For small business, Windows Business will contribute to a more efficient and secure operation, less dependent on dedicated IT support. But I'm not sure if this OS it's implemented with Siemens's softwares.
