I have a problem with communication between 2 PLC s7 400 Siemens (CPU 416-3 DP)  by Industrial Ethernet (CP443-1)

PLC _ Slave: It receive motor' speed from PLC Master to control open/close control valve (steam)

PLC _ Master: I have a motor, it work with speed that i set on HMI.

But, when I set speed on HMI, PLC _ Slave is lost 30 second to receive speed from PLC _ Master. That is so bad

I also check configure on PLC Siemens, it normal.

I need to help. please

 your description looses right info about comm protocol used at your cfg. From your description is clear that some not correct steps are inside your code in case of 30s timeout. No one can see where you do not correct steps, we can only guess with your description of problem. Better and documented description is required.

some recomemndations to test. From my quick look at your things inside, you need check traces depended to SEND block ACT signal merker, this signal simply sends amount of bytes. If you have some problems with maybe theses 2 independed links (speed with PLC ETH set and via HMI) try maybe think to differ that situations with some conditions, to know when HMI sets this and also if PLC want set that speed. Looks like there is something what is blocking to do this, is hard to say. You said 30s? This is strange like some ETH conenction interrupted or some process of data exchange is blocked with some maybe conditions to check of correct data at some positions. It is recomemnded generally check of diag buffer also but to my opinion also check of data exchange relevant blocks output parameters like DONE/ERROR/STATUS is required. With some block of data move, it can be also situation with some memory overwrite possibility so also this check you need to do for sure, you have there defined area and check at other places inside code (cross reference check maybe) if it isn't proceeded. This can simply prevent data to be set correctly but via maybe some conditions. Who knows?
