Hi,

I used Sm@rtClient on various computers for 5 years.

But now i bought new HP with Windows 10 and i tried to connect through Sm@rtClient and its not working anymore!!!

After i click connect i get this message: "SSL handshake failed"

Can someone help me please!?

I am currently experiencing the same error. Did you manage to solve it? if so; how did you do it? Please share knowledge.

Panel Images V16 Upd 6 was installed here
Under Windows Apps Remove - Tia V16 I deleted the Panel Images Installation and then installed V16 without updates.

Download until you don't see the Fit checkbox anymore (usually the 3th time)

Activate remote access again.

It's the solution for me, hopefully for others too now... The person handling the support ticket that I created for this didn't know about the solution yet so I'm spreading the news, but feel free to delete my posts again if it's too much
