Cannot upgrade SIMATIC NET SOFNET-IE S7 Lean V13 to V18 return no matching upgrade licence keys found.

I tryed 4 different V13 licence, noone can be upgraded.

Maybe you could share with us a screenshot of your licenses in the ALM in order to check if there is something wrong with them or if it is the ALM that is really giving you problems.

I tryed Siemens_Automation_License_Manager_V60_SP9_Upd4 and still have same error.

We bought 6GK1704-1LW00-3AE0. It should be the right upgrade.
