Hello friends. I have a strange defect on a Simatic PC 670 panel with touch screen (code 6AV7651-3AB00-0BV2). The cursor on the touch screen works 5 minutes after restarting the panel, then it goes up to the top left of the screen and I can't bring it back .I mounted a mouse and physically disconnected the plug that leads to the touchscreen but the same thing happens. On this panel, I also restored a backup copy but it works the same. This panel is powered by a source that supplies the motherboard of the panel with several voltages where the touch screen is connected. Could this type of defect be generated by one of the supply voltages from the panel's source? Or is the motherboard defective Is it possible to disconnect the touch screen from the settings so that I can connect the mouse without moving the cursor to the top of the screen? Thank you in advance! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
