Can you please suggest this liecense will valid for how many operating system.

WinCC V7 is the Siemens software for the development of SCADA systems, for managing a large amount of data and allowing server-client type architectures, redundant servers, etc. I am attaching below the compatibility tool that you can use to download the list of WinCC V7.5 and thus see the released/tested operating systems: Compability Tool

That is to say, with it you will be able to carry out the engineering/development of the program and, also, execute it in Runtime. Floating means that it can be transferred from one PC to another.
