WinCC Server/Client - No connection to data server

It works normally, but it worked for a week without crash and then server crashed (Server - PLC connection is OK) and so clients could not connect to the server. Then we restart the server computer. After restart, it works normally. What could be the problem? Thank you.

What version of WinCC do you have installed exactly? On the other hand, have you made an 'Interconnect' with the Clients to the Server? This you must do once only. Do you have or it shows any error message? On the other hand, we will provide you with a FAQ that explains the configuration of a Client-Service system so that you can check that everything is configured correctly: "Configuration of a Client–Server System with WinCC V7.5" Best regards!

Server Computer Windows Server 2019 – Build 17763, Rev 1650 Client Computers Windows 10 Pro – Version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1288) WinCC Version WinCC V7.5 + SP2 + Upd7 (K7.5.2.7) I got Step 7 integrated project. I used Step7 Engineering PC to deploy Server/Client. So I didnt use WinCC interface to deploy Server/Client pcs. Dont have any error on Server or Client side. Thank you.

Also look in Windows event log, perhaps a service or process crashed... Bye Murof
