We encountered a white screen when we opened it to use. Display: "Bootloader Mobile Panel 277" "Date: xx/xx/xxxx" I couldn't any solution on SIOS. I have tried Update OS but i couldn't connect to HMI. I Have RS232 to RS232 cable and RS232/PPI Multi-Master Cable. Is there anybody who can help?

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/19/2026 Posts: 16644 Rating: (1944)	Hello coskunngercek I think the only way would be to do a Reset to Factory Settings (it it works in your situation). If this does not work you will only can send the panels to Siemens repair center. -> The Mobile Panel 277 (Not IWLAN) can be reset with RS232PPI MM Cable or USB PPIMM Cable. Check the documentation of Prosave in the above link. Bye Murof
