I am looking for any manual to activate Runtime in another computer but I can't find anything. So far, I have only simulated it.

Any help will be appreciated.

From what I understand from your question, you want to load the RT on another PC. To do this, tell you that you have two options that I indicate in the following FAQs:

1. "How do you transfer a configuration without network connection ("Offline") from a WinCC Professional configuration computer to a second computer with WinCC Runtime Professional?"

2. "What should you watch out for when downloading WinCC Runtime Professional from the Engineering Station to the Operator Station (Runtime PC)?"
