I have a remote control system on a server that communicates with stations with TCBS v3.1.0.3.
Wincc Explorer is v.7.3.0.1. the system has been running for 5 years now. the current problem is that for about 2 weeks all 3 clients have been complaining about the error of not being able to connect anymore. Do you have any news or solutions on this? Thank you

I would not rule out reviewing the following FAQ:

What can you do if the WebNavigator or DataMonitor client does not connect to the server?

Also, it might be useful to run the WebConfigurator again, as well as try locally (from the WebServer itself), start the security controller and repeat all settings individually, etc.

I found this in my notes:

Press CTRL+ALT+P to open the WebNavigator settings

Check the username and password

Use a working login from the WinCC visualization

If username and password are working on the Server-PC but not on the Client-PC, please check the IIS Authentication on the Server-PC.

The Basic Authentications should be enabled for the WebNavigator site.
