I'm using for the first time a Unified Panel (6AV2 128-3MB06-0AX1) and encountered some problems.

After creating a test project in TIA V18 I tried to download it on the panel and this message apperaed "Components with a different version are installed on the target device. An older incompatible firmware image exists on the target device."

I downloaded the last images for the unified panels at this link https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109746530/image-downloads-for-hmi-operator-panels?dti=0&dl=en&lc=de-WW. and updated the os of the panel using the "update os" function

Every time I cycle the panel off and on the panel displays the same message.

I tried to start the panel in maintenance mode turning it on pressing the maintenance button but it always displays the same message.

I'm able to change the ip address and reset it using the TIA Portal functions. I can see that the IP changes or it gets back to 0.0.0.0 in TIA and in the right up corner of the panel but the panel still displays the same message.

How do I check the firmaware version if I cannot use the panel? The panel is stuck in the "Waiting for connection" screen.

For the same reason I can't update it using the panel itself, I'm able to do it using the TIA portal function but the state of the panel doesn't change.

If you were stuck at the "Wait for connection" screen, the image update was probably not complete. Try using ProSave to reset the device to factory defaults.

I tried to reset it using ProSave but I'm not able to enter in the Maintenance Mode.

If I try to start the panel pressing the maintenance button after it boots it goes to the same state and displays the message.

If I try to use prosave to update the OS and reset it I get an error about the communication, roughly traslated it says "Error during the beginning of the communication"
