Dear all,

We used a tp1500 comfort panel for our project. It is connected to 6 PLCs and communicates with them. after two years, HMI slows down and it takes a long time to turn ON and connect to the PLCs. The connection change of multiplex tags is also slow. 

There are two switches in the network. 

The HMI is installed at a 45 degrees angle with two fans directly blow air on it. (not recommend this installation in the instruction.)

Where should I search the problem and what is your recommendation for solving it?

then download the application program again.

What is the maximum ambient temperature?

I do not know the exact temperature, but the installation site is on a theater stage. It is not a hot or harsh environment.

The speed was acceptable in the first year but after two years it slows down.
