Hello every body. we have error " ASUP 3 could not be initialized " in our 810D CNC machine.

how can I solve this error?

These errors are provided by the builder of your machine not Siemens. The times of the three errors are not far apart so I would suggest that the magazine counter has failed and is preventing the ASUB's from running which are possibly something to do with the tool change.

810d is an old control but if the builder of your machine is still in business give them a ring for help as a starting point otherwise you may need to get the help of an engineer who can look at the plc program to find out the problem.
