Do you have the 'link', terminals 28,69.&34 in place?

I thought this would be a missing link:

The digital inputs;

For active 'high' odd numbers, terminal 69 must be ground connected.

For active 'high' even numbers, terminal 34 must be ground connected.

For digital inputs 'active low', remove the link.

r 0722:0.....12, shows the digital inputs operating.

Your link to 69 should enable DI0.

From 'memory', a potential in excess of 60Volts will 'kill' a digital input. I have seen this on long cable runs, a suitable varistor should stop this happening, or an opto isolator?

Also, digital inputs along side motor cable, in the same trunking can create a 'risk', killing a DI. This happens a lot, in enclosure's, I am surprised it does not happen more often. 

It does appear that the DI is 'stuffed', and you have a spare available.
