if you want to logon users from PLC then you can use:

- Area Pointer Job Mailbox -> here you can login a User Level (A default user will be used every time but you can define in which User Level it should logged in)

- Triggertag and Login/information from PLC

Here all users would have to be programmed in WinCC. If you have the Username and Password in PLC (for example this is written on the RFID Card) you can trigger the systemfunction for login and give the Username and PW as string from PLC.

Both ways have possibilities and workes for some usecases. I think you have to look which one fits better for your usecase.
