LucasDLR Regular Member Joined: 10/5/2018 Last visit: 12/2/2025 Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	I am working with a comfort panel and I need to detect the event when clicking on the panel but not a specific button but anywhere on the panel. I have a faceplate that shows an image when a button is clicked but I want it to be hidden when clicking on any other part of the HMI. How can I do this? I have looked also in VB but I don't see how to do it inside the faceplate.

LucasDLR Regular Member Joined: 10/5/2018 Last visit: 12/2/2025 Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	The problem is that it is a faceplate, so it does not have a fixed position. If I create a rectangle the same size as the screen, it will not be centered and it will fall out of the limits of the panel.

So you cannot read out where you are. And also there is no general event that you can use for the click event. Only specific screen Items like a Button has such events. Bye Murof
