KTP700 no communication between HMI and Prosave

Shebi87 Bronze Member Joined: 10/22/2011 Last visit: 12/6/2025 Posts: 309 Rating: (1)	Hello All, I am trying to restore a backup file of KTP700 Basic DP into the same type of panel but there is no communication between HMI and Prosave I am using PC Adapter USB. it is a new HMI If I make a new program in TIA portal and download it then it is successful But when I try to communicate it with prosave then no communication Please suggest solution ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from KTP700 Basic DP probelm.

OP 73 OP 77 A TP 177 A KTP600 Basic Color DP KTP1000 Basic Color DP I would recommend using communication processor like a CP5711 bye Murof
