Hello, I would like to do a project with S7-1500 PLC and a panel PC monitor.

I know that I need to buy TIA portal V18 license.However to use WINCC I don't know what license I need. I will design the project on a different computer than operator's computer.Therefore,I will need engineer license and operator license.

Could you tell me what licenses I need to design it?

For the HMI application (Runtime) programming, it really depends on whether you want to configure an Advanced, Unified PC or Professional Runtime.

 The project is to controlate several ligh.turning on and off since touch screen. I think that for this, WinCC advanced is better because it is like a HMI
