Hello, I have a newbie problem, what happens is that I have a 410-5h cpu with firmware 8.2.1, but in step7 in the hardware configuration I do not have that firmware available, can someone help me on how I can update the hardware of that cpu if I have version 9.0 of step 7

there is no version v9.0 for step7

so which SW exatly is installed?

Procedure

1. Ensure your PLC is reachable from ES/Hardware config

2. Then go to hardware config -> select the CPU410

3. Go to Menu bar -> PLC-> Update Firmware

4. Select the file you downloaded, then upgrade to latest firmware.
