my take will be Ensure all the softwares are using latest hotfix. 1. backup this archive, test it in another machine with same environment. 2. retrieve the same backup , see same problem exist. 3. use process of elimination, delete folder one by one , chart one by one , clean up chart database 4. repeat step2 when you screw up the folder and repeat the test again until the issue resolved. |
