Hello everyone.

I'm using Unified RT PC V18 and local user management configured in tia project, and while the initial login when automatic login option is not selected works (local user management at https://localhost/UMC works too), login dialog in the graphics runtime doesn't.

I can't authenticate users on graphics runtime ie. when user interacts with a screen object which requires user rights or with system function ShowLoginDialog.

Both options do nothing and there's the message "session: 0001, trace: CScreenData::OnEvent: HMIEventActionType 999 not handled" in the trace viewer after my login attempt.

What am I doing wrong?

Interestingly, if the Automatic login is disabled in the runtime settings, a different login dialog appears!

And I can login with this dialog!

But why does this happen? Is something wrong with my user management settings? Or is it that maybe the local user management is not compatible with automatic login option? Do I have to setup central user management to use it?

Yeah, I'm using the extension for the time being. 

I'm planning on setting up the central user management once I've got more time on my hands but now I'm pretty busy with a commissioning job.

Edit: I've also made a support request just now. I'll post an answer once I've got a reply from the support team.

Hi, I did this once and the same thing happened to me.

If you want to try, at your own risk, there is this link that makes an automatic login through the browser. (I have not tested).
