CPU 416-2DP, FW 4.1 Communication with IM 153-1 fault

hi all, I have a CPU 416-2DP, 6ES7416-2XK04-0AB0, Firmware V4.1 and an IM 153-1. Version attached. CPU is quite older version but i have updated the firmware to the latest available in that series. but problem is that this cpu is not connecting with its remote I/O. There is always BUS Fault Led. and it does not detect it in the hardware configuration as well. I have checked the IM with new CPU and it works, so wiring and cables are all ok. is there any possibility that because the CPU is very old and IM 153-1 is new there might be communication errors?
