Connecting to PLC after convert (NAT) IP

For creating comminication between other machines and this new line i used moxa NAT device. Beause of using nat device, my connection path and PLC's IPs are different. On second interface of PLC's is like 172.16.14.xxx. but i need to reach to 10.80.30.xxx I can connect to rockwell devices thanks by RSlinx software. But i don't know how i have to configure and connect on Tia-Portal V17 to PLC. I gave ; subnetmask: 255.255.240.000 and gateway. I can ping to PLC (10.80.30.xx ip) but I can't go online. Actually i can't even find the PLC. By the way, my goal is creating remote desktop connection, reaching to PLC through this remote desktop. Please have a look at this FAQ and fill in the ip-address manually. In addition to that, please click "no" if a temporary ip-address assignment is aked. How can you use the STEP 7 Online functions even when NAT (Network Address Translation) is being used or a remote subnetwork is to be reached? regards sancruz
