You are trying to make a change in a CM instance. Which basically means that in the master library you have a CMT (Control Module Type). Copies can be created from the type which is the instance.

In the instance, several parameters cannot be changed because there are locked in the type. They can be released by setting the parameter to TIO (Technological IO). The parameter receives a green background and is configured in the type in the TIO editor. Or another way is to set the parameter to Ignore value where the parameter receives a pink background color. This can be set in the block properties of the block in the type in the last column (Ignore values).

Both ways result in that the parameter can be changed at the instances and are excluded from synchronization.

In order to update the instances, you must sync the type in the project via Plant Type Synchronization.
