I need help with Unified V18 version.

Namely, I installed the Unified version, as well as the update Unified image (Unified Comfort Panel V18.0 Upd. 2.1), and Unified PC runtime V18, set the program features according to the instructions from the forum for a similar problem, but still when selecting new project and try to select new devices it does not show the Unified panel options (Screenshot attached).

Note: The installed Unified V18 version is installed on VirtualBox, Windows 10 LTSC operating system.

Can you help me solve the problem?
