First you have to enable different languages in order to be able to choose them. Under project tree go to "Languages % resources", open "Project languages" and mark the desired languages you wish to use in your program.

Now under Project tree expand your HMI device and open "Runtime settings" and go to "Language & font". This is where you can select which language the HMI panel will use and in which order will they switch.

Your toggle button should now properly change (toggle) the language and you will be able to program a button to change HMI to specific language.

Note: all text fields, buttons and text lists will require manual changing (or translating) to new language. After changing the language, some of the may even appear empty (no text written).

You can also change the editor language under "Project languages" which will display text fields in desired language while you edit the the program (drawing screens).

You can also translate texts under "Project texts", where you have a collection of every text field in your project (including PLC ones, like comments etc.)

You can change the language by passing Integer value directly or through the tag value.

For that, see the Event setting of Set Language, click on dropdown button as shown in the attachment. Here you can pass the integer value by selecting Integer or you can pass tag value by selecting HMI_Tag
