Hi, is any of the mentioned software packages like STEP 7 from the screenshot installed on the system? Because this is necessary and according to the screenshot, none of these packages can be found. If there is an installation of those packages available, you can try to install the driver like shown in this FAQ. How do you update the driver software for the PC Adapter USB if you cannot establish an online connection after installing STEP 7 (TIA Portal)?

you can install the TRIAL and use it for 21 days the driver included in the Step7 setup for this Adapter |
