I am trying to simulate a local project with WinCC V18 only using an HMI, not PLC. 

For my project I am visualizing water tanks and using a few other things. For some functions you need specific rights. I created roles and users. When clicking on a switch that requires certain rights, the login window pops up. When entering the login info this shows up:

How can I fix this?

I have tried the following suggestions to fix it:

If you try to login to RT Unified with this specific user from a "Login" button, instead of through an action that requires permissions, does the same problem occur?
